Bears: The cabin is located in a forest where bears also live. Do not leave food or food waste outside or in your car. Take a moment after arrival to remove all food, food waste, and wrappers from your vehicle and bring them into the cabin. You are responsible for damages that result from negligence.

Drugs and Smoking: Please remember that our property is a marijuana and drug-free zone. And as for tobacco, we have a strict no-smoking policy inside the buildings and on the decks and porches. Please ask us if you plan to smoke tobacco and need an ashtray, and we will provide one.

Internet: This healing sanctuary is for healing, not streaming. If high-speed internet is used for streaming, including videos, video backgrounds, and social media scrolling, a $50 charge may be applied automatically to your bill.

Drinking Alcohol: Alcoholism and excessive alcohol drinking that are experienced by the Owners as behavior changes are not tolerated. This house rule will be considered broken based solely on the testimony of the Owner(s).

General terms: Please review our terms and conditions.

Extra people: Extra people in addition to the party or parties who reserve with us, are not allowed as overnight guests without written permission in each case from Owners, and, if permitted, increased charges. For retreats and getaways at the cabin, no extra guest is permitted without written permission from the Owners.

Guest access: Your room comes with shared use of the upstairs common space, the kitchen, living room, deck, porch and yard areas.

Venturing out of the area of the cabin’s yard is at your own risk. Visiting all areas of the property are at your own risk. Among dangers are poison ivy; snakes; bears; slick or icy asphalt/pavement; steep gravel, paved and non-gravel areas; thorny briars, roots that might trip you and steep drops where you could fall and injure yourself. By accessing our property, you acknowledge these risks and your responsibility for taking care of yourself. Watch your footing and look twice before venturing forth on any path, road or area. Please obtain permission from the Owners before crossing the Owner’s driveway to access any areas on that side of the property.

Off-limits areas, unless invited by Owners:

A.Do not enter the workshop at the western end of the cabin’s yard, unless invited to do so by Owners.

B. Any areas outside of the cabin’s yard are off-limits unless you consult with Owners to learn of the risks of your venturing out. Please contact Owners to request permission to access trails, woods or to walk on the road, which may be dangerously slick, as well as very steep. You take full responsibility for your liability at all times while staying in the cabin.

Shared areas inside the cabin: For the first floor bedroom, your full bath with shower may be shared by others using the living room and kitchen.

The second floor bedrooms share the full bathroom with tub and shower.

Second floor rooms share the common area with bay window on the second floor.
